Welcome to Kend Luxurious Cleaning. By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Kend Luxurious Cleaning provides residential, deep, commercial and move-in / move-out cleaning services. The scope of each service will be confirmed with you at time of booking.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Bookings can be made by phone, email or via our online contact form. All scheduled times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on prior appointments and traffic.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided prior to service based on the scope of work, size of the space and level of cleaning required. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If any area is not cleaned to your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
7. Liability
Kend Luxurious Cleaning is fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the situation appropriately.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing valuables and disclosing any special care instructions, allergies or sensitivities prior to service.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
